My Approach

I became a therapist believing we are all fundamentally worthy, good, and lovable. As a human, woman, daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother, I’ve experienced many of the complexities and joys of the human condition.

My work as a therapist deepens my understanding of life’s challenges, and I draw on both my experiences and my professional training to partner with clients to enhance their quality of life, find greater peace, and build resilience. Using modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Mind-Body Bridging, values-based ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, I cultivate meaningful, trusting therapeutic relationships. Within the sacred therapeutic space, I am continually in awe of the resilience, courage, hope, and love my clients demonstrate.

We all deserve to experience happiness and joy, but sometimes obstacles get in the way. Whether you’re struggling with relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, or trauma, therapy can help. I work to build trusting relationships with my clients so they feel safe sharing and exploring the deepest parts of themselves. As a trauma-informed therapist with specialized training in trauma treatment, I can also help you process experiences that have left you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unable to move forward.

Let’s work through this together. I am currently accepting new clients.
